BTW:

a. I think the British Sopwith Camel of WW1 fame used the same type engine, one with a fixed crankshaft, as well. Propeller turned with the cylinders.

b. I didn't see a gear driving a chain or anything from the engine to activate the wheels on the instant post.

c. I think the proper name of the Smithsonian is "Institution" rather than "Institute" as the gentleman said. Just nit-picking there on that though.
