If your car is original, is it possible that it is an Easter car?

The "Easter Cars" were some Special DeLuxe Town Sedans,Sport Sedans and Club Coupes with "colored" interiors. They were produced in the Spring of 1941.The interiors were in blue or green tones.Would be a flat cloth material almost like a Fleetline raher than mohair. Also the lower portion of the instrument panel and garnish mouldings were wood grained rather than painted tan.Rather unique cars. They would have trim #127 or #128.

do not use Ida's chevrolet parts
they will rip you off. they sent the wrong trim peices and didnt respond to requests for a return. The parts I did were cheap reproductions. BY ALL MEANS use Chevs of the 40s theyre a class act, I always dealt with Mike
also I found alot of parts on ebay.

Well don’t forget about using Steve and the guys at The Filling Station. Great guys, good stuff and very very professional. And always them ask if you don't see it in the catalog, sometimes they have stuff packed away.

Another great guy and chevy parts company is, Obsolete Chevy Parts. And as always ask about what you want or need, he has a a ton of knowledge and a lot of old chevy parts. As well as some great new stuff.

And don't forget to check out the "sponsors" from our 45 th. Anniversary meet. You can find them listed on the home page for VCCA. And there's a list of others that helped VCCA in many ways. They were open, generous, responsive and helpful.

So PLEASE use them when shopping for chevy or general car stuff. And when you do talk to these companies be sure and toot the VCCA horn and say Thanks!!

I would recommend Chevs of the 40's. They have almost anything you need . Good service and pricing. They are very helpful if you don't know exactly what to order. They were a tremendous help when I restored my '41 in 1999. The owner has a '41 Coupe. They have a lot of '41 parts and accessories. Good Luck JIM

I think the owner, Ron Wade, has a 1941 cabriolet.

Not a big deal, but the owner (Ron Wade) has a cabriolet. This car was the BOS 6-cylinder at the 40th Anniversary Meet. It is an extremely nice car and I know the "wrench".
