Not sure if this is an after market part or not? Could see a part number on it? ![[Linked Image from i1027.photobucket.com]](http://i1027.photobucket.com/albums/y336/nonidrinkers/DSC05553.jpg)

Great picture!! He's just looking for a warm place to spend the night. Might as well feed him as long as he is in your garage, don't you think??

Actually this is my parts car parked down in a gravel pit on our property. There were two most times I would open the hood. I put an old dog bed and carrots in the compartment.
The hose is from a head bolt heater I pushed out of the way.

That's actually an option on Canadian built cars. Part number 692435. It's the optional manifold warmer. If you bought two of them, they would regenerate, and eventually warm the whole car. In the summer months you would store it in the trunk... near the jack. Often called a Jack Rabbit.
I'm sure Charlie has a story that goes along with this as well...
Those accustomed to the finest...find it in Chevrolet. 1953 Belair Convertible 1951 2dr Deluxe Sedan 2015 GMC SLE 4X4

I agree with Chev Nut. Hard to top. But remember, you'll need to use a different part number when you order the second one or they won't regenerate.
I think I'm a fairly wise person because I'm smart enough to realise I'm not too bright.
