I'm sure not a carburetor expert but the idle mixture screw and if I remember correctly there are 3 positions to adjust the accelerator pump and a way to adjust the metering rod. There are several guys on here that rebuild carbs and know a lot more than I do, perhaps one of them will comment.

Thanks Uncle Ed.... It seems like subtle adjustments that is possible to do without special equipment (Except maybe for the metering rod) I wonder what other differences there was in carbs between the 181 and 207.... thanks for the help anyway
