I've got a 1940 Chevy Master Deluxe Sport Sedan with trim #274. I need to get the correct color for the interior around the dash and steering column area. (the outside is black) The original interior appears to be a fleshy-tan color. Does anyone know if I can purchase the correct color without trying to "match" the paint? Chevy of the 40's catalog says Mayland Black for the exterior and Tokyo Ivory for outside trim. No mention of interior color.
Thanks.

The only pre-mixed interior color I have ever seen is the rose/biege for the 1941 interior....the 1940 is more tan. Probably will need to be eye matched.

Boy that dash looks great. I hope mine approaches that, if I can ever get past the mechanical issues.
