Did a 1950 Chevy Sports Coupe come only with cloth interiors or did they offer other options?

If you've seen something else, it was likely an optional seat cover. The factory cloth would have been under it.
Those accustomed to the finest...find it in Chevrolet.

The sports coupe I believe was cloth with leather trim on the side panels and skirts.

I was assuming by sport coupe he meant a club ot post type coupe.
If a Bel Air hard top it was cloth and leather and available in green, blue and black.(leather) light gray cloth areas.

A friend has a 50 hardtop with red leather which was also an option, as it was in 51.

Convertibles and Bel air Hardtops got the leather, Deluxe cars got the Deluxe cloth, and Standard cars got the plain Jane treatment... there was no swapping between them, and no options for each trim level.
Those accustomed to the finest...find it in Chevrolet.

Yes, I forgot about red. It was used in black and light gray cars
