I'm trying to find out if there was a 2 ton pick-up made in 36. If there was, does anyone have a picture of the windshield crossbar? Was it wood? I appreciate any help.

I believe 1.5 ton truck was as large as they went. Not sure what you mean by windshield crossbar.

I try to be the person my dog thought I was.

On most all wood cars, they had a wooden crossbar that went from hinge pillar to pillar under the windshield to support the windshield. Thanks for the info. I had never heard of a 2 ton pick up in 36 but then what do I know. He says it is a 36 1/2 (year) ? I'll check with him to see where he got his info.

I responded to your other post in the '33-'36 area.
