By popular request, there will be a driving tour to the top of 14,110 foot Pikes Peak! Every vehicle that attempted the drive at the 1976 Anniversary Meet made it to the top, and you will too. Registration forms and information will be available by January 1, 2014. All the vehicles that started out on the tour Tuesday, June 17th, made it to the top of Pikes Peak! Go Chevy!

The 38th Middle West meet was a well run and fun event. Everything was planned well and it didn't hurt that the weather cooperated with 80's almost every day, blue skies and no rain. The trip to the top of Pikes Peak was one of the highlights of the week. I recommend that everyone attend this meet next year.

I was there all week. Despite the fact it was totally disorganized, many errors in the tour packet, lame raffle prizes at the hospitality night, and only two official tours, we still managed to have a good time. There were a lot of interesting sites to see during our free time. Thanks to those who did their best to put it on.
