Do you know if it's the same as Standard? My 35 Standard had about half-inch plywood shelf under the window ... it gets covered in vinyl, and bolts to belt-rail wood. Then, attached to back of the seat is a metal shelf also covered in vinyl, which slides under (or over?) the wooden shelf when the seat moves back and forth. Hope this helps.

Are there any "Wood Illustrations" in the 1933 Master Parts List or any of the other Chevy Manuals? That's where I'd start looking. Must be some "blueprints" that GM would have made available back in the day that should be available, either here at Chat or online, somewhere. Know there is an online manual web page - search a bit & it should come up.

The Filling Station list in their catalog a Fisher Body Service Manual for 1933-1934. Perhaps that would be of help.

Thanks Rich, here's what my '34 Master looks like. ![[Linked Image from i1176.photobucket.com]](http://i1176.photobucket.com/albums/x324/landman2/Reargarnishmldg5.jpg) This is the seat of a '34 Master 3 window ![[Linked Image from i1176.photobucket.com]](http://i1176.photobucket.com/albums/x324/landman2/june22201224.jpg) And this is the appearance of the finished shelf ![[Linked Image from i1176.photobucket.com]](http://i1176.photobucket.com/albums/x324/landman2/ParcelShelf-1.jpg) If I'm not mistaken, there is a flap of vinyl which links the front of the shelf and the back of the seat which folds and unfolds when the seat is moved. Mine doesn't have that as I used the seat of a sedan.
Best Regards, Pat

One word: GORGEOUS Just so there is no confusion, only the top photo is from my car.But you are right, the third one IS gorgeous. I thought about doing that but the price of leather scared me off. Merry Christmas everyone.
