I've been looking hi and lo for a wiper transmission. Seems like there is none to be had. If you know of one, please give me a shout.

Maybe this would work untill you find one or maybe just use it.

Thanks JF, I put it on my watch list. Tomorrow I will look at what I have and see if I can use it, I know my wiper arms will not work, because mine has a #12 screw cap to hold them on. I need the right had side, I guess they are interchangable. My transmission gears are good, the #12 threaded tip is broken off. I was considering trying to machine a new shaft. I don't think they come apart, so it would have to be welded on. another small problem. LOL

You may want to try RPM motorsports in Albert Lea "Mindy-soda".

I talked to them about a frame a few month ago and they had 3 '36 chevy sedans. The guy told me they never scrap anything. They have auctions on ebay all the time but have alot more than what they list... they would be worth checking with.

The eBay listing J Franklin gave above is titled as "1935", but it's really a 1936 wiper transmission assembly with the correct shaft for mounting the wiper arm. They are the same left and right.

35 master tech: I've been watching that auction, Perhaps my transmissions have been modified, but the new wiper arms I bought will not fit that transmission. Then I would have 2 different transmissions. I may try to weld a machined .25" stem on to the shaft that is broken. The trasnsmission in the auction is some kind of rough. I'm leaning against it.
