What exact color is it and where can I get this hi temp paint? FS does not appear to carry it.

If it isn't broken, fiddle with it anyway so you have something to repair.

Did you try Bill Hirsch ?

Keep in mind that they won't ship paint over the border.

Those accustomed to the finest...find it in Chevrolet.

Yes I was looking at that but the problem is what you mentioned that they won't ship to Canada. Need a source in Canada.

Duplicolor Engine Paint #1609 may be a suitable option.

If you know the paint in the states is the proper colour; see if you can find a parcel pick-up business like this one in Port Huron.
http://www.usparcelpickup.com/
Port Huron is a bit far for you to go; but there might be a similar business in Niagara Falls or Buffalo?
I've used the Port Huron location a number of times, where a parts supplier would not ship to Canada or the shipping and brokerage fees were out of line.
It's a free registration with the business; when you have something to ship, you give the supplier their address. When it arrives at SCC they E-mail you to let you know. Go there pay them $5.00 a package and that's it.
Declare it at the boarder; making sure the bill of sale says it's for your vintage vehicle and there's no duty to pay.

Dan.
