no longer have access to members area in vcca home page .. chatter is still ok with all members access .. previously was prompted to use default logon in homepage but this no longer appears.
any ideas from the mods ??

You are listed in Chat as an active VCCA member. That should allow you the expanded privileges of a VCCA member. If you continue to have problems then the head elf will be the only one with the power to help you.

You may have lost your log on cookies on the main VCCA members page. Did you log out at the VCCA home page? If you did you must log back in with the proper membership name (ID) and password, which may be different than your log in on Chevy Chatter, Mine is different. After all your access to VCCA members only forums only applies to Chevy Chatter.
