Take a sample to your closest parts house. Also consider any old tire sales shops.

I lost 5 lugs on a trailer 75 miles from nowhere. Had to drop the trailer and backtrack to find a tire shop. Found what I needed quickly.

I believe they are the same as my 27' they press out , you will need a press . or you can take it to a car parts house like NAPA who have a small press in the back room. if they say they can turn drums and rotors, they can probably press out your studs.

the filling station 1800 841 6622. they are about $2 each

I have a supply of original lugs and nuts in various conditions. Some are usable and some are rather worn on the grooved surface. I bought replacements at the local auto store for my driver 28 Coupe. If you want one of the original usable studs and an acorn nut to do an original restore, let me know. I will give you the stud/nut for free, and you only pay the shipping vis USPS priority mail. I think that is around $6-7.

If yours are not rusted in, I removed mine with some lubricant (rust remover lube), heat from a map torch, and some light blows from a hammer and drift pin. Mine were rusted in on some wheels when I had to replace them.

To avoid confusion, send me a picture or exact specs on what you want. Some of these old cars had different parts at different times in spite of what others might say. I want you to have the right one. Contact me on my personal email at arts28@cbs-inc.com and go to the following website where it is also listed:

Always happy to help a fellow 28 Chevy guy.
