I have found what I believe to be a 1931 or 32 "Eagle" hood ornament. This particular ornament just struck me as very vintage. I have no idea how to load pics if someone could help me with that it would be great. Thanks

That is what it is '31-'32 Chevy. Looks to be in very good shape for an 80+ year old piece.

Do some 31's have a threaded on filler neck?

Threaded radiator caps ended in 1930. The '31 used a modern bayonet type cap.
Are there '31 Chevys out there with threaded radiator necks? Yes, either the top tank was changed, neck changed or radiator from an earlier car substituted. I have seen all three. Mostly you see the entire radiator switched.
