Hey All,
After all the head work and time it's back on the car. However, as is customary with older cars, another problem has arisen. When I fill the cooling system I get small drips of water coming from the fitting that the oil line comes through on the push rod side. Anyone have any tips on how to seal this?

Thanks,
Davis

I think you will have to replace that line because there is no way of repairing that. You don't want to take a chance of that leaking into your oil.

It's possible the line or fitting is cracked. It is not that hard to replace.

I believe it's just that the diameter of the line is slightly smaller than that of the hole in the fitting which the line comes through. I know before I took the head off it was soldered around the hole. However, soldering it now would be difficult at best.
