Hi all, I'm looking at a headlamp relay on ebay and was wondering if it is used on the '36 low cab pickup. I'm in the process of restoration and have not got to that part of the restoration yet, but if one is needed I would like to purchase it now, when it's readily available. Thanks for the help.

Mine doesn't and I don't think yours does either.

Why not post the auction number here & we can look. The seller might not know what he's selling but it might be something you need...Joe

Relays were NEVER used in production. They were an item that was installed later when the vehicles got old and the headlights became dimmer due to bad wiring and swiche contacts.

Well that is good to know. I didn't remember seeing a headlight relay on the truck, but didn't know if it had been removed. I'm going with all new wiring and all the electrical items will be new or in good restored shape. Thanks.
