I removed the radio from my '51 parts car today. It has a 2 pin connector that goes to a switch on the right side of the dash next to the glove box. What is this switch for?
Thanks, Don

I also have the accessory rear seat speaker in my 1951 Chevy, and the speaker switch is located on the lower instrument panel to the right of the headlight switch.

Did Chevrolet say in the instructions that came with the switch where to mount it? Did the switch come as a kit with the rear speaker?
Thanks
Don

The speaker switch came as part of the rear seat speaker package.

I don't have a copy of the mounting instructions so I am not aware of the specific switch location...or if there is one.
