Does anyone know how the bottom section of the rear seat is held in place? Mine keeps moving forwards and i don't see any holes or brackets to keep it in place. Maybe the upholstery is too thick and it doesnt fit.

Just some information because I have a 1936 Standard. My back seat is the same but fortunatly it does not move. I have had the back seat out and mine has no hardware holding the seat in place either. It appears to be held in place by the side arm rests as well as the top backrest cusion. My seats have been reupolstered but it was a while ago.

I have a un-restored 1936 Standard Town Sedan. The back seat is held onto the bottom steel ring by clips attached to the bottom of the seat... one several inches from the right corner and one on the left. To remove seat push back and then up. Clips are spring loaded. They hold the front of the seat down in place. These may be rusted and or broken causing the seat to be stuck in place. I hope the Master is the same....
