On the back of the ampmeter on a 36 standard there is a insulator board with a fuse on it. On my car ( which has been rewired so so ) the fuse is at the top . The insulator board hits the fuel gauge terminal. This does not look right to me. Could the insulator board be upside down? Thanks

I went and looked at a friends 36 and the fuse with third terminal is at the bottom of the ammeter. My car was wrong.

If I recall right that is like my car, too.
