Wow... Pretty cool, and never knew that Ford Motor Company assisted in that latitude !! For that they will get some cudos and credits :p

According to my information Ford also built a lot of the 4wd jeeps the US army used. Willys built the rest to the same set of drawings so all parts were interchangable.
