It looks 90% complete to me. But 90% of the 90% that is there is also bent, dented, broken, likely beyond repair.
It does appear the guy left off one of the 'typical' ebay statements.....
"easy restore..."

90% complete, I guess that means by weight! It probably was 91% complete before it was run thru the crusher!!!! (It has been run thru the crusher hasn't it?) and the back winder being shattered means something, but what?
