Are the Bow Ties on the hub caps and hood ornament always blue ? My 51 Bel Air is green and one cap bow tie was green ! Some one may have painted it ! Thanks.

The hub caps were always a medium dark blue.
The only area on the hood ornament that was painted is a bit of black around the background front - center.
The bow tie on the trunk handle was blue as well as the bow tie on the hood emblem. The area around it was red.
