Gentlemen---a very serious question --my '40 master deluxe has 1 locking door handle on the drivers door ----a friend and I have had a serious discussion about this he states the single locking door handle should be on the passenger side ,I say it is as mine is --on the drivers side a pizza and some of that soda with the foam on top is the reward --If Im right he pays if im wrong (gulp) i pay

The car was equipped with only the passenger side locking handle. The drivers side was an accessory......
Trade it in for a 1941 - they had both locking as standard equipment.
