What type of hood lace was used on the 34 Master radiator shell? Mine is long gone. It appears that it may be the hoodlace with wire tha FS sells but I want to be sure I get the right stuff. How is the hood lace attached? Are the hooks used as in the cowl lace? Help/ advice woulf be greatly appreciated.

It is the one with the wire. It just hooks up to holes at the top & bottom sides. No hooks.

Yes there are hooks and screws at the bottom of the rad shell and clutch head screws on the cowl. The wire style that the Filling station sells will not work.

Thanks for the info Confederate. I found clutch head screws in the parts stash but coudn't believe that they were period correct. The FS wire style is installed on the cowl and the same for the rad shell is on its way. I'll have to figure out what to do there.
Hey Pat, Don't worry about it - you've been great about answering lots of questions and I appreciate it!
