OP powerglide53 Shade Tree Mechanic Joined: Nov 2012 Posts: 79 Arizona	Looking for the piece, either chrome or painted, for a 40 chev hood, that runs from the front side of the hood ornament along the center line of the hood down to the hood latch area. To cover the join of the two hood pieces.I'm guessing it may be only about 8" long. There is also a chevy emblem it seems to hook into down near the hood latch.
