I've looked in all my manuals and they just say "your local Chevy dealer has the oil"

What should I be using????

Shock oil has been an ongoing discussion here on Chevy Chatter for a very long time. At any rate, you can use any quality hydraulic jack oil. You can purchase jack oil at your local hardware store.

Thank you. I will get some in the morning. Seems like a fun job for New Years eve.
Larry.
