Does anyone have an installation template for a Guide S-18 spotlight on a '50 Styleline Deluxe station wagon? I've seen the instructions but the template for drilling the holes was a separate sheet that I haven't been able to locate.

Seems like this information should be posted somewhere, but I haven't been able to find it.
