Have a question about the Windshield Wiper Arm Shafts...I bought some dandy wiper arms + blades off Ebay...Thought I'd replace everything for the heck of it 'cause they looked great and it was a good price...

Here's the deal...They were advertized to fit Chevy Buick Pontiac Oldsmoble...Years '41-'48...Arm length and blade size are correct but the shaft size is not...The shaft on mine is much SMALLER...Seller says someone must have "messed" with my wiper set-up at one time...I think not...

What do you think the deal is here...? Everything on my end appears original...Seller says, "There Not..."

Any possibility there were different size wiper arm shafts used...?

My knurled shaft appears to be about 9/16" OD. What are yours?

Hi Dale...Just check the arms I got on Ebay, and yes appears they'll fit on a 9/16 shaft...Thanks for your input...

I still haven't got my old one's off...Any suggestions...?
