Can anyone point me in the direction of some 51 station wagon pics. I have a friend restoring one and thought I'd send him some pics. He's not now a member but I'm working on him.
Thanks,
Charlie computer

Charlie... I'm going to prove that you can teach an old dog new tricks here...

Go to www.google.com

Type 1951 Chevrolet station wagon

The first hit is images of '51 wagons, or click the images word in the column at the left. Works for everything you want to search...

Be careful though... pickings get slim around the fifth page down. Offerings like this...

Brewster,

Okay, yeah, I should have thought of that. But at the same time I was thinking about pics of members cars.

I'm sure glad you warned me about the pickings getting thin. Mercy! Agrin

Yeah, I always head to google when I can't remember what each of the mid to late 1930's individual grills look like...Then they messed-up and changed to that '40 and '41 style laugh Just awful looking...! dance

YEAH...YEAH...YEAH, What can one expect of people to remember anything simple, when some folks cant even remember what kind of weather is to be expected in each of the four seasons.
Why I even know of a person (I wont mention his name out of respect) that cant remember that the winter season were he lives brings snow!!!!!!! SOO he left his lawn mower out on the lawn when he got done mowing and did not even realised it was there until he seen that strange looking pile of snow sitting out on his lawn covering his mower...Only then did he realise what happened to it and had to "suck eggs" and apology to his neighbor whom he though stole it ....O.. well it takes all kinds>>>>ED

I was only wrong one time in my life so far. But that time I was right, and only thought I was wrong....ED

Charlie, I'm sure by now (I'm four days late) you've found lots of pix of 51 Station Wagons. But, just in case you haven't, here's a link to five more pictures of "that" Red '51 Wagon, which, incidentally is a VCCA members car.

Brewster Bruce: You sure sneaked that in on me. It took me four days to Notice what you'd done. chevy
Chef Bruce: Thanks again. I appreciate your love affair with "that" red car. chevy
