The vehicle Id # for my 33 is not the motor # but the casting # on the block. Has anyone run into this before? I asked the counter person at the SC DMV about correcting this #. She took the info and was to get back with me. She left a message on my answering machine, she said this was the # on the title when the car came to S. C. from Ala. in 2000. She suggested I contact General Motors or Chevrolet to get the title corrected. My car does have the correct 33 motor in it. Should I be concerned or just let it go? Tom
