My 51 Hardtop has mirrors mounted on the doors that are the same as spotlights but without the bulbs. There is a mirror in place of the bulb that moves like a spotlight. It's a Guide # Y2-53. There not in any 51 accessory info that I've Seen. What do ya think ? monkey

The 1952 Guide Automotive Lighting Service Manual mentions only the "Inner-controlled Spot Lamp (With or without rear view mirror)" where the mirror is mounted on the rear of the lamp housing. The exploded view is at:

Mine only has the mirror , where the spot lamp would be ! Controlled just like a spot lamp from the inside. Thanks.
