The exhaust on my '31 as you all know consists of the exhaust pipe, muffler and tailpipe. The muffler and tailpipe are perfect (including the baffle that inserts/bolts into the muffler.) What I need is the exhaust pipe only, that is, the pipe that runs from the manifold to the muffler. Seems a waste to have to buy the whole system. Does anyone sell individual components?

Best regards,

Tom

I get the local muffler shop to fabricate the exhaust pipe for me. Of course I have a good enough pattern for them to use. The aluminized steel pipe they use lasts nearly for ever.

You can purchase the exhaust pipe separately from either the Filling Station or from Parks Pipes.

Tom,

Give me a couple days to check on some parts I have - I have 4 or 5 exhaust pipes (exhaust header to muffler). I'll get some measurements & pictures and you can have it for shipping or pickup in Bloomsburg. FYI - I'll be in Hershey Oct 9-13 for the flea market & show.

Thanks everyone for the helpful information and offer. I ordered the part today from Parks Pipes. Had not heard of them before. They were quite prompt and courteous in their replies. Too, they don't use credit cards or paypal. They said they'd send the item with an invoice and I could send a check when I get the goods. In today's world that's surprising/refreshing. They said that they've always had good luck with VCCA members.

Best Regards,

My exhaust system came from Parks Pipes, great value and a perfect fit.
