I have a slow leak coming from the interface of the transmission and the speedometer cable on my 32 cabriolet. Is there a seal or other part that prevents oil from coming out?

Make a felt doughnut that fits the OD of housing and little bigger ID then inside cable end.

If '32 is similar to '31, there is a bushing in the outer sleeve bolt that wears. I had a replacement put in mine and it reduced leaking to practically nil.
