bought 5 denman tires but I needed one more to make them all look alike, but could only find the tread in a large white wall that i want black, I cleand the tire with a jax and scrubed with a scuf pad. the instructions said to mix 50/50 tire paint to warer, i did this twice and let it dry over 24 hr with no luck.you can just touch it with your finger nail lighly and the black comes off, Anybody have a better product.I got mine from a well known tire company chevyguy35

Getting paint to "stick" to rubber you might try "vinyl" paint...I've used it on car seats before and it's amazing...

When you get something to stick maybe turn that side to the inside. If you bump a curb it won't rub off.

I used something a long time ago on my 34 tires and it worked great! I bought seconds and they were really nice but a grinding mark above the white wall. I really don't know where the mark is any more. I'll see if I can find the stuff again.
