You will need to fabricate a puller from flat bar with bends in the ends , and a hole with a thread for a bolt with a length of 9 1/4" . BOLT should have a tapered point.
The flat bar would need to be approx 1/2 thick. The width on the inside needs to be 4 1/4" inside. The second bend in the end needs to be 1 1/4" inside to create a " square J " in the end. As the pulley is VEE form you will also need to taper the inside of the last 2 bends so that they will fit the inside taper of the pulley where the fan belt sits. Wind the centre bolt with a spanner , to remove the pulley which is a pressed on fit.

Wouldn't a bearing race puller work that is thin enough to slide behind the pulley and then connect a H style puller to the bearing race puller that has a center bolt to pull the pulley off? These tools are readily available so you don't have to make anything.
Cheers, Gary

Thanks. I pulled the wheel yesterday, no problem with an ordinary tolegged puller. Olle
