Have the I&I catalog but can't figure what plastic or rubber parts I need to get my 34 Door Wedge Casing & Cover working again.

It appears the rubber is no longer flexible, bought new Dove Tail Wedge Plates..but they won't push inside the wedge cover (by hand..haven't mounted them yet).

Should I order the:

Casing Plastic & Springs (part CP06)

-and-

Casing Rubber Bumper Stops (part CB06)

Thanks

The will not work with your original parts....you will need to make new rubber parts yourself or buy the parts from I&I and rework them like I did. The springs are worthless.

Thanks for responding...which "part numbers" did you buy from I&I? I have their catalog but the item pictures and descriptions are hard to decipher.

Thanks again

Thanks for the info..wasn't aware of them but will do so now. Do see some rubber items on eBay occasionally.

This must be their link:

Hi EDNY... on my way to the NW meet, send me an email and I'll look them up this weekend when I'm back. They was a lot more more work then I'm leading to, but I might have pictures some place. They work really good.

As to Metrommp....Never have found anything special from them....they just have the normal items and not all of them for the 30's cars. Maybe I'm looking in the wrong place. Let me know.
