New guy here.
I am currently working with my father to restore a 1928 Chevrolet Roadster Convertible to its original condition. The trouble I am having is I cannot locate a manufacturer who makes the convertible top for the roadster. I have also looked for patterns with no success for my upholstery shop to use. Could anyone help locate this information?

Thanks for the lead...I called and they do not have any information or items to sale.

Is there any other ideas?

Thanks.

Are you looking for the metal hood bows or just the covering.
If just the covering, a good motor trimmer would do the job easily, its what they do best...

Does you car have roll up windows? The roadster didn't have roll up windows but the cabriolet convertible did. That makes a difference in the tops. There were three 1928 with soft tops. There was the roadster, the early cabriolet which the top didn't fold down and the later cabriolet which the top folded down and had roll up windows. The type you have would make a difference in the top paterns and material. Chuick
