All Master Deluxe cars had a dome light switch on the right hand pillar ,EXCEPT the coupe. This was a much discussed subject a while back. This is a great link to keep on favorites. wave

I keep showing photos of Deluxe Masters with the dome switch on the right pillar but some said the Deluxe didn't have a dome light switch on the pillar. This answers the debate.

My '37 Master DeLuxe (4) door sedan has a dome light and the switch is located on the right side pillar between the front and rear door.

Acccording to the partsbook the 1935-1938 coupes had the switch on the light - Master or Master Deluxe.

I really hate to say this, but my 1940 Master Deluxe did NOT have a switch on the door. NO holes, no wires, not nothing. It does have a dome light, with a switch on the headlight switch, and a pull knob on the switch itself.

In 1940 the Special Deluxe has the dome light switch on the post and the Master 85 and Master Deluxe has it on the lamp.
