Good luck Mike. Thanks again for all your time when I called a few days ago. Sounds like you and the team are all set to hit the 200mph mark this year. Have fun and do great!!!

Heading home with seized sbc. Didn't get to run long course for official time slip but feel confident the old 56. Vet ran a tad north of 200 mph on short course. Be back to the salts next year.mike

Sorry to hear of the problem. SBC don't often seize but then they don't try to run 200+ either. Not sure what rpm it takes but it must be way north of 7000.

Mike:
Sorry about the engine problem. The 200+ run on a short course sounds like it could have been worth the trip or at least a good consolation. Any photos? kewl

Good job and thanks for the easier link, Ken.

Wow Mike, that's one meanass looking '56 Corvette. Kinda looks like the three guys match the look of the car. All Business....no monkeying around. Let's face it, that's what it takes to crank out 200+mph. Hopefully next year we'll all be congratulating ya.....
