What is the cheapest way to go from 6 lugs to 5 lug rims on a 40 chevy?

Used a 6 to 5 spacer for a short time on my 41. Have heard you might be able to swap later year drums but I have no idea if that will work.

Use 49 and up stuff.
You're welcome.

Just curious, will 6 lug 49 and up truck wheels fit the 41 and would that give you more options for tires?

What's wrong with manual steering? If it's in good shape, you should have no problems.

Just asking. driving
