Hello All,

My issue is that the exterior door handle won't come out after removing the set screw. Is there something I am forgetting ? The set screw came out easy and the handle moves freely, but won't come out completely.

You need to soak with penatrating oil. I have had to take the door panel off and I. Think I may have had to drill a small hole in the door so I could use a punch to tap on the handle shaft to get the handle out, just take your time and it will come out.

Glad it worked, sometimes we can not be in a hurry on the old stuff.
