OP Keith Knox ChatMaster - 1,000 Joined: Jan 2002 Posts: 1,069 Likes: 9 Napa CA	During my rewire, hooking up the turn signal I took off the top cover and there was a pile of metal shavings in it. Looks like when it was installed they put it up against the bottom of the steering wheel where it rubbed and wore a groove in it. When I hooked it up it didn't work. so I have ordered another one that should be here by the end of the week. 48heavychevy Backyard Mechanic Joined: Mar 2012 Posts: 282 Radford,Va	It's know telling why.I remember my 41 ton 1/2 that it had the type that had a rubber wheel up against the steering wheel that when you turned the steering wheel it would cancel the signal.I miss that ole truck.
