hi guys
i want to remove the dist in my 30 is there anything i need to know before i remove it. i know to mark the rotor so it goes back in the same as it came out and to make sure the oil pump slot lines up. anything else i need to know.
thanks. i want to do it this weekend.

Hello buggymangp,
If your distributor timing is correct, before removing the distributor, place alignment marks at the distributor base and the engine block. When installing the distributor again, you should be close to being back in timing with the marks lined up.
