Looks like a '34 to me. Has too large a hole in the center for hubcap to be a '33.

The luggage rack appears to be a 1934 master and its missing all the stainless trim plus the emblem.

I do not know what size the rear measurement of the hubcap for a 1933 master or a 1934 master or a 1934-35 standard series. If you have that info you can ask the seller what the hubcap opening measures. Plus question the 33 master VCCA expert.

The tire cover on ebay is for a 1934 Master.

Gene is right, it is 34 master, you can tell from the size of the hub cap opening. This is also the full type cover. There is also the open center type which I have on my 34.

Just to make it clear, the rack that this guy has on ebay is NOT Chevrolet at all. It is not for a 33 or 34 Chevy. If you want to know what a 33/34 rack looks like let me know.
