THe parts manual calls for a 5/16" O.D. by 129" length of tubing for the fuel line from the tank to the fuel pump. In the 1929 to 1934 Parts book it refers to copper tubing, in later parts manual there is no referecen to the type of tubing. Can someone confirm the 1934 Master used copper tubing 5/16" O.D.? Also, what is the inside diameter (I.D.) and what type and size of fittings were used? An suggested on the best place to get the correct tubing? Looks like what came out of the car - two pieces of tubing with a connection - must have been a repair. Thanks. Einar

The original was 1/4" steel tubing.

Copper tubing was offered as replacement for the original plated steel tubing.

5/16 od tube would be very close to 1/4 id, especially copper. Though the flow rate of 1/4 od would probably be sufficient for mechanical pump I would prefer to use the 5/16. Tony
