I saw this for sale on ebay , and was wondering if it is a 1931 lug wrench. it is dimensioned in the pictures. 1931 wheel nuts measure 3/4" and this is listed as 13/16" but may be worn larger at the socket end. item number 360464053637 ebay link

The wrench on Ebay is not the 31 Wire Wheel Nut Wrench. That wrench looks like the crank and lug wrench. The Wire Wheel Lug Wrench looks like a speed wrench of a socket wrench set. On the end oposit the socket it looks like a screw driver for removing the hub cap.
