can anyone tell me the correct attaching hardware that attaches the bracket on the draft tube to the oil pan

I don't quit understand the question. The bracket is spot welded to the pipe and it bolts on down at the pan.
I have a spare draft tube if you need one.

does the bracket bolt below the flange on the block or do you use a longer screw that goes threw the flange with a square nut on top
