To all you Chevy enthusiasts,

I am restoring a 1939 Chevy coupe for a neighbor. I'm nearly done with the project except the interior and the glass. The previous 2 people who started this resoration, but did not finish, left the car in a basket case condition. I have found most most all parts I need, however, the back portion of the front seat is missing. The 2 pc. seat back tilts forward and mounts directly to the floor ?? Is this correct? Any suggestions where I might find these pieces and also the little leg stands for 2 fold down jump seats in the back seat. I have the hinge mount legs for those aux. seats but not the third leg for each side.
Thanks for any help you can give me.

I have a bench seat with split folding back from a 39 Deluxe Coach. It has optional seat covers so is in like new cond. If you live near North Calif, you're welcome to take a look. .
I am looking for 1937 Standard Coach, Sedan Delivery bucket seats; Panel, Canopy Express seats; and the center seat for a Carryall Suburban, should you come across any. .
Good Luck with your project, Lou < c1937@znet.com >
