Welcome all you Pre-War (WWII) Chevy lovers. I hope you enjoy our new "Chevy Chatter" chat site. Thanks to Bill Barker, our Chat site Kahuna, we have a first rate, user friendly product. My name is Bill Bradford (ChevyBill) and I'll be moderating the 1937-42 forum. I've been a member of VCCA since 1972. I have a 1941 Cabriolet plus a few other old Chevys.
Let's hear from you!

Wow! Glad to see you guys back in the saddle! I didn't realize how useful this forum was until it wasn't there. Thanks to everyone who worked on putting this board together. No specific question tonight. I am in the midst of restoring my 1938 Master Deluxe. Quite a chore, but I am enjoying it. Regards to all.

I practically stop using the computer when I couldn't "chatter" with a great bunch of guys from all over the country. What a coincidenct that I just got my new computer up and running at the time you guys come back on line!
I am now actually driving my 37 pickup after 51/2 years!! No,its not 100% original but it "appears" original. I think most would say its a restorod but I call it a resurection!!! Look forward to hearing from everyone. I'm sure I'll need some helpl with the 40 2dr sedan I acquired a few months ago. with the weather still "warm" here in th south i may be able to at least get i ton the road by sometime in the coming summer.
