Hey guys, can someone tell me what is the outside skin dimensions of the rumble seat on a 1929 Sports Roadster? And are they the same size as for the 1928?
I picked up one that I was told was for a 1929 and it doesn't fit... too big, so the second question is;
What year is a rumble seat that is 42" wide and 22" high around the outside of the curve?

OK this is really sad when a bloke has to reply to his own initial thread.
Is there anyone out there with an Australian bodied 1929 with a dickie seat who can tell me the length of the seat lid around the curve?

Andrew... I'd tell you to be patient and the experts will be along, but I see you've already waited nine months for an answer! It's quite likely you've asked a question that will be difficult to answer from this side of the pond. Holden bodied roadsters are fairly rare, even in Australia. Best of luck... we can keep bumping it to the top!

Thanks mate, I know that at some point I'll sort this out. Maybe then I'll come back here and answer my own question just to complete the circle. Still. as you say it helps to bump the discussion to the top every year or so. :)
